We are updated and the mission and vision of the company is being communicated well enough.

I like my LOB so far and the work @home set up...it saves more money and hassel of commuting

My Team Leader who is approachable and easy to get along with. She is very open to suggestions and ideas
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there is an annual increase or least add more benefits like retirement and continous life long learning by providing free courses
