Just the positive vibes at the office, everyone seems that you knew each other for a long time although you just have met them in person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we are under compesated. Other company offers above 20k basic salary + allowance while Enshored only offers 18k. The allowances was removed but the number of task has increased.
