WFH for support group or wfh for those who are not affected by real time support

more WFH set-up. SL should be different from VL, as vacations are planned and sick leaves are not

one positive culture that i noticed is that mostly everyone tries to get to know each other even just by names

more perks, a basic eyewear subsidy would be nice since we work all day in front of the computer. clothing allowance would also be nice

the most positive about the environment in my company is that the workplace doesnt seem to be so crowded and we get a great view in the pantry

provide a significant raise in order to cope with the economic status of the country as we return to office since there is drastic financing adjustments when it comes to budgeting compared to work from home set up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since i know to myself that i do what i say and prove it through results, i believe i deserve a significant raise. I am goal oriented and determined and i value integrity not only to myself but i impose it to my team as well by establishing respect and a good relationship with one another
