My role as a team manager requires me to do tasks that are in between being a team leader and an operations manager. This requires a lot of my time and skills as I am also handling multiple accounts. Whenever I look outside, I see offers for being solely a team leader with higher compensation.
Commuting is tiring and consumes a lot of time and energy. Whenever I have to go onsite, especially having my schedule in the wee hours, I also have to pay more than the usual travel expense I previously am spending. Working from home would make it a lot easier, or at least a better hybrid set up.
