To much work , for little pay , not getting paid same on the industry

As the basic and allowance pay is almost the same to those who are working under minimum pay

Positive i must say is the officers and friends making seems like the time doing work is easy and fast

My compensation is almost closed to the minimum wage with the city , as for other offers is seems to be tempting to pursue

Feel like the compensation relatively small on overall workload , not comparing to other job but as for todays standard seems relatively low for 16k base
