Salary alignment/increase and better benefits/allowances. RTO allowance does not really encourage employees to work onsite as it has its requirements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to make sure that we'll have a work-life balance in our account and consider personal matters that happen along the way.

My immediate supervisor always helps me in doing my daily task. She guides me whenever I am in need of assistance and is always approachable.

My team is very accommodating. They welcomed me like with open arms and hoped that I can contribute to the teams growth which I intend to do so as a newly hired team leader.
