Too much workload but not enough support from the management. No perks, not even verbal thank you's, and we are not being appreciated.

Our team mates work so hard to work hand in hand with our daily task since we all feel left alone, ut happy to have each other's back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know how to listen but not take action. They don't help each other, which leads us not to have enough support, coaching, and motivation. it feels like there is so much tension between them
