I was really happy & glad to be a part of the company - able to work at home, the salary, the PTOs, & the team/client. However, may not be constant since there were a lot of changes &additions - though right now I'm becoming slightly demotivated, still hoping that I go back to what I am at the start

I'm still happy to work with my company because of my coworkers and relationship with my leaders, with their consideration and somehow understanding for their Heroes.

I think it is being considerate for leaves and PTOs.
What makes you most happy at work?
when I'm scheduled to work at home and when I'm not being closely-monitored/micromanaged

Benefits that I believe employees should receive, some benefits that should be revisited

Approachable, friendly, considerate, knows how to control the atmosphere/mood of the team, and great leaders.

though they still do their best to have a good work environment and give consideration

some coworkers that I can best work with and some that I better go civil working with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since we have a variety of tasks with high volume, hoping they would consider salary increases and incentives to motivate heroes.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most of my colleagues, our friendly clients, appreciative and kind customers, and being able to work at home esp. now I'm still too far away from the office.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More on the newbies - to cooperate, and do their best to follow the process, help the queue, and be conscious/mindful because as one of the tenured that is doing her best to do her job since then, I'm being dragged with their consequences which I understand first but now, I find it unfair.
