I am satisfied, and I hate to leave the Company, but due to RTO I will be forcing to leave as I preferred to work from home permanently

The company allowing us to work at home, but I am afraid comes next year we will be on a hybrid setup

My immediate superior really value me. he' is fair and doesn't have a favorites he really sees me what I am doing and contributing to the program
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in my salary based on my workload, as I have been doing a lot of tasks ever since I started in this program; not only as hero I am also acting as TL, SME and confirmed as QA
What makes you most happy at work?
To allow us to work from home permanently as even though I am working at home I am doing a lot of tasks. I am very productive working at home, even the client does not have an issue working Enshored people at home
