Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The management does not know how to distribute the assets properly. They took our laptops and when we go to work we don't have enough stations to accommodate us, we have to borrow laptops again from those who just ended their shift.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No stations are available when we arrive. They should give back the laptops they assigned to us. Or the should have taken the newbies laptops instead. If this keeps going and the numbers of employees are increasing, they should have stations prepared to accommodate everyone will extras vacant.
