well for starters, I was transferred 3x, but even though my previous OM make sure that I will be able to be transferred to the new account right away. Having a leader who make sure you're ok is already a great experience.

I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. At the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that I completed what I needed to do.

Actually, HMO is good. However, we suggest adding more options for adding more dependents. Salary is fair, but additional incentives would be great to motivate us more

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, the basic salary was ok, However, we also need a better allowance specially we are requested to work on site. Additional incentive also would be fantastic to ensure that our good job is appreciated.

Clear communication Good leadership. Our leaders make it to a point that all informations are clearly provided. They are also very patience with the heros. Our leaders also make sure that every one are aligned with all the task
