The best part of the compensation for me is the health card that also covers my family. It helps with medical treatments without thinking too much about the bill.

The best thing about working with our team is that we just have fun as a team which makes the job less stressful and creates a positive work environment

The positivity that our leaders show and how understanding they are with certain situations. They are also good at guiding us to make sure that we understand new policies and do our job well.

The way our leaders creates a space for us to grow when we have errors during moderation. They help us look in to why we made those mistakes and help us fix those mistakes and grow as an employee.

That even though there are days that we are swamp with a lot of workload, there will always be that person you can go to and will cheer you up and give you that positive energy you need to push through that tiredness

The way our leaders motivate us to be better especially when we get misalignments from audits. They don't make us feel as if we''ve failed, but teach us to see that it is a chance to learn more and improve our work flow
