
i like how enshored care about the employees. however, since we are transferred to a different account we cannot use our vacation leave and may be forfeited.
I'm happy being an Enshored Hero, but it bothers me when we're transferred to new accounts. Sometimes our PTO gets affected due to our floating status, and it's not paid by the company. What bothers me most is that when our account dissolves, our leave is used up which should be use as benefit.

Salary increase or realignment as we are being crossed training to LOBs
having a good manager that is not pressuring us and always checking if we are ok
we required to work on site from home set up and our salary did not increase or even the benefit.
