workload is greater than the salary. its not fairly compensated for the ops trainers

The most positive about our company is the food provided and the action they are taking to keep us comfortable with our workplace such as improving the workplace itself.

I feel like we need to have annual increase in order for us to be more motivated in doing our jobs since the workload is increasing as well and we are doing our best to provide our best performances everyday.
