Being with Enshored is good, it's just the Managemeng doesn't know how to handle their agents, specially in-terms of Vacation Leave. They only approved long vacation leave those who have plane ticket or scheduled trip.Please approved at least 2 consecutive leave for those who wants to rest at home.

The only thing we ask for this company is to get a salary increase especially on Tiktok department. We get anxiety on what we're doing, salary and workloads are not fair enough. Also, please guide all the managers in Bytedance, this past few months they are not approachable.

lots of workload, lot of changes. we have the same workload to those have have higher Tier but they received higher compensation.

Loads of work, specially as a content moderator I am experiencing mental health because of the cases we handled and the salary is not fair enough for me.
