enshored is the number one BPO company I've been with, as I was able to apply my knowledge about GDS. Also, my manager coached me about the opportunities at work. I am hoping that one day there will be a salary increase for those people who are already tenured. Salary should be based on experience.

I am no longer happy as the process keeps on changing from time to time and my coworkers are bullies who called me in names.

I feel undervalued because of my salary, as the newbies have a higher salary than me.

they are bully and most of them speak negative words and happy to bully co workers

none, to be honest, I am no longer happy anymore as process keeps on changing from time to time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope there is a salary increase based on the GDS experience and based on tenure. As I can see there are lots of new hires that have the same salary as what the tenure folks have. Also, please promote those people who are responsible and knowledgeable.
