Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i hope we have a yearly increase in the TL side and any incentivized program that would benefit all officers

If a specific account, if they want to train officers or agents to other LOB, there should be an increase or something.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Compensation, benefits, rto are some good benefits. Compensating based on our workload, much have been better if we are atleast 50% RTO/WFH. Benefits like monthly incentives

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are extra tasks given and 8 hours of shift are not enough to finish them. There are times that there were other stuff that was unrelated to our tasks that we are doing but we are being called out for the important tasks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

because of the workload and underpaid. We are doing our main tasks outside our shift which doesn't compensate that much. It would have been better if we are motivated with the pay based on our workload. Being a team lead is focusing more on their team members but it goes beyond there.
