The work itself (Content Moderation) is manageable and enjoyable its just that we are being treated as robots by some of our leaders that in return makes the working environment very toxic

the feeling of progress and growth that can be seen on a weekly basis is a good motivator

my colleagues and I (excluding my team leader) have a great bond and communication, they are one of the reason why I'm still at Enshored
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher salary, some officers treat us not as employees but rather as robots that needs to do our jobs no mater what, which sometimes affects our morale

We do way more work and have to meet unreasonable expectations of our team leader just to maintain their own scores which we are not being paid for nor being compensated for it
