Lack of acknowledgments. I would feel better if there was a salary increase

when I get to work with the people that I know has the same drive, work ethic and compassion as I do

I like that they are all friendly and chill but at the same time everyone seems like we all work very well together. Very harmonious

The best thing about our team is that it really does feel like a family. We have a great working relationship with one another we look forward to seeing eachother in the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very hands on with their coaching/training and I like how they motivate us to do better but not in a way that gives us too much pressure which I think is very effective
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I was recently transferred to a different shift and their work ethic is so different from what I'm used to. Both officers and agents, well some of them at least lacks the sense of urgency when it comes to achieving simple tasks.
