Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our account program does not have incentive programs that makes us more motivated to work aside from getting paid with our salary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I know this might not possible for now but I hope the company also offers work at home set up for the Travelperk account.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No incentives with Travelperk account and it can only be given to 18 employees for both manila and cebu site despite having hundreds of employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
So far, none at the moment. To be honest, if there will be individual incentives and a lot of perks given to us, employees, this would make me happy and not just that, it will be a big help to our daily expenses and needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know this survey I am doing may not be a significant impact on the company but for me, it is. I am still hoping and praying that there will be a justification for our salary to be aligned, especially with our basic pay based on the number of experience each employee has in the Travelperk account.
