
My experience with Enshored is the worse, they are just using their agents to monetize for their self-centered agendas. Managers were manipulating scorecards to get more bonuses and HR is walking blindly about this. Integrity and justice are not attainable in this company. Sang should go back

Increase in the basic fare whenever there is an upskilling
The culture that Sang implements is the culture that we want.
The coworkers don't need to improve anything. The hiring team needs to improve its perspective on whom to hire.
The management is no longer agen centric. They treat us as manufacturers of stats for them to keep the client.
They need to get back to the culture that Sang impose. Today, Enshored is just a typical BPO. Madaming kabit, madaming issue, management is no longer agent centric.
