Am still on my 3rd month and it's hard for me to give comments or rating for the other questions. My answers are based on the experiences I had so far.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Right now it's still mediocre. There are still opportunities that need to be improved. The culture is different both positive and negative. Positive in a way that compensation is better than other companies but the culture of not giving equal opportunity to learn from mistake to be better.

The culture is different from other centers.

Willing to compromise and work with me despite with the reshuffle happened last May.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an external hire for Team Manager and I feel like I am underpaid
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of my team is external and new to the company. We are learning together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The promotion of wellness of their employee which is the first time I have experienced in 14 years working in the BPO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One thing that is good about our leadership is diversity. We all came from different upbringing and different leadership point of view but no matter the differences, we all compromise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the recent salary alignment of most leaders, the value of external hires for their competencies is no longer being weigh. Though the salary alignment's goal is equality but this does not remove the idea that external hires would feel underpaid.
