Not undervalued. Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture where employees feel respected and supported by colleagues and management is essential for their overall well-being.

The most positive about the culture and environment of this company is that it prioritizes the employees well being. Most of the time, if not always, we are being asked if we have any requests (leave) that the leadership can actually grant.
