Lack of growth opportunities. Most of it are given to close friends.

The leadership team constantly provides us with follow-ups and updates. They also are pro agents. GREATTT!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am performing well but felt like underpaid as I am confident enough to say that I am better than most max offered agents.

Hopefully, the salary alignment would be approved since it is quite unfair to other agents. There are agents who performs well compared to the maximum offer provided to some agents/
