Proper dissimation of new rules or policy, the constant change of metrics the leads to pressure and demotivation of agents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes..on my onboarding job offer, I was told that my job is for back office agent handles emails and chat.I was upskilled to phones and no additional pay or benefits.
