I was not given equal or fair opportunities when I was hired as acting team manager. My first team was a pioneer newly hired team with no CX experience. 2nd, I handled two teams in a month with a total of 20 agents with no guidance from them and they just told me that I did not ask for help.

When there are conflicts among agents, the manager should handle them to resolve them and not let the agents resolve them on their own.
Not the best part: The HMO package was changed and now we're paying twice the last payment I had. The food package has been removed and we do not have any pantries or stores inside the office.
