The company is okay as it provides meal, HMO, and incentives from time to time. The thing I don't like with the company is the shift bid which sometimes are not followed, the process of getting approval for VL/SL credits, the KPIs that's hard to meet sometimes
the company works for the same goal
we work for the same goal
get to meet friend and make new friends
the people I work with
be practical with what they are asking from the employees
they are continuously working on making sure that all employees has jobs
the team is dependable, they provide help or assistance whenever I need it.
The team is relax, no competition with one another. Everyone extends help or assistance when needed
you don't know what to expect when you go to work, changes with anything comes without notice
our job most of the time requires multitasking but I think is not equal to the task we do
the meal they provide to all employees and the HMO benefit they provide which is not limited to us employees
The culture and environment is "festive" since the employees comes from different age level, gender, and the people are always ready to help
be practical with the workload, handling an email alone requires effort and time specially if it's a complicated case so if you asked the employee to take calls or be on chat while working on emails they should be compensated for that added skills since the company pays new hires almost the same
