Increase yearly, Additional PTOs, and HMO dependents increase to at least 2 dependents

For now is HMO because I was able to add my daughter as dependent for free!

I stay due to friends, but again there are a lot of good BPO companies here in the Philippines that offer competitive package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are lot of competitive benefits from other BPO company such as free 2 HMO dependents, 30 total PTO credits, free eyewear especially our job is we are always exposed to computers, etc. Lastly onsite allowance is low the fact that we are doing RTO not permanent WFH, 600php is low
