humility,transparency,act as a good example in every way

no growth and task are repetitive/redundant

listen to your employees feedback.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

having annual increase, more opportunity to received incentives, retirement plan, salary increase..

no annual increase, the performance bonus is quite subjective,no alignment with processes,no coaching/mentoring

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

some of them are dozing off at work, taking long breaks than the expected

training and development, clear communication, engagement, rewards and recognition, team building, onboarding, peer to peer relationship

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

there were a lot of this that happened before but i believed nothing has been actioned

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

their approach and being objective, they should stop bullying and provide insulting comments, to establish professionalism at all times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

that I am able to gain safe space and friends at work, I am staying because of them aside from the monthly salary .

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

drastic changes, lack in providing context to whatever is happening. - only if we are able to have someone that will inspire us to do better everyday.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

care in a way that they would think of your welfare and wellness, people development as the trainings given were done outside shift and not being executed and practiced, seek to understand and integrity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No annual appraisal, no trainings, my leaders would often not complete their 8-hour shift for whatever reason and leave us with bigger responsibilities. accountability should be shared from SOMs to agents, makes you feel that you have to beg for an increase in pay from agents to TMs .
