I am happy with enshored, the benefits and the core values is beyond my expectation. What concerns me are the officers who starts the gossip, bully the moderator / co officers even the higher ops. I hope higher management will do something about it. It may create a bad impact to the company .

I am gaining a lot of knowledge from TM Bonn, also he helps me to improve my character development.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am currently undergoing a psychiatric therapy because of my anxiety attacks, to avoid leading to depression again I decided to check my wellbeing because of the bullying. To my surprise my co officers are the one who start spreading fake news and bad vibes. This has to stop.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lately a lot of officers became bully. Instead of promoting professionalism they are the ones who's starting to trigger the people to resign and to have anxiety. They are not even following the orders of their TM just like on our cluster. There are some who kept on ignoring TMs advise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As of the moment, not just me but even other TL we feel that all task has been handed to us. Most of the QAs are just sitting and chitchatting while the team leaders don't know how to manage their schedule just to ensure that IA, EA, SBS, Coaching, Etc will be done on time.
