may be a rollercoaster ride but more on the downside, cause many time I have felt that many people priorities what's good for themselves instead of the company, which made me question if are they're really fit for their position. But at the same time, made new friends, mostly with same view as mine.

same pay even though I have more experience relevant to the job compare to some of my colleague.

the load of task is honestly not fair since it is in my shift that the bulk portion of production is present, therefore more responsibilities to cover, but we are paid the same throughout the team, even though other shifts are relax (honestly, some of our teammates are underperforming in their task
