I think it's the way our managers always make sure that we're updated with everything that's happening in the company

I feel like the compensation is low and should be higher as we're also facing a huge inflation right now

Because i feel like it's not match with the load of work so I hope there would be an alignment with our compensation

Our current TM now. He's good at his job and he heard us. He always make sure that our voice are being hear all the time.

Because of the continues inflation in our country, I dont think my salary is enough at all and considering our job, I believe we deserve a little additional token for this.

With the current situation, i think it would be better if our compensation will have changes since the world is changing and the prices of commodities are higher compare to the past years.
