Give a higher compensation or higher bonus for a top performing moderators.

They clearly and concisely communicate goals, tasks, and other organizational needs to us.

salary is so low and they want us to return to office without any allowances

Nothing, we all know that we are more productive working from home yet we have a good communication.

I am happy with my work because I am working from home, no need to travel for hours, less hassle. And I am happy with my account Lemon8. :)))
