BAD REALLY BAD. Management is not good. Leaders always has issue with one another. Heroes are spreading false humor but no punish at all. Manager has favoritism, QAs Bilingual always complain about their work not to mentioned that they feel super entitled even if they have no experience before.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Don't tolerate those folks who commit violation (Heroes or Leaders). Always look for all the sides of the story not just 1 or 2. Learn to appreciate those people who contributed A LOT to the campaign since day 1 and AVOID FAVORITISM
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude / Behavior. Not matured enough for the role (always complaining to the task that was issued on them (QA bilingual) and just spreading rumors to the production floor. Even tolerating Heroes who are violating ZTP policy which is browsing unrelated website which is suppose to be terminable
