Too much pressure to the point that they are ignoring the employee's mental health and only thinking the growth and success of the company.

They should create a stress free working environment not putting so much pressure on us. They should be more aware of our wellness becuase they are more focus on score than us, hero

I feel undervalued as they are not motivating us however they are putting so much stress and pressure on us. I should be compensated failry doing chats are stressful. Salary alignment would be great

I feel like I am doing so much more and not receiving any and also the pay itself foe the skill I have right now. The pressure as a live agent is so much, I should be compensated more for my mental health and pressure.
