There are many things to improve, like the visibility of our CAO, who is always hard to find, and during meetings, he is always late, and we feel he needs to value our time. It is hard to seek approval on the things we prioritize as he is mostly unavailable, also the benefits also need to improve

Minimal benefits. We just recently found out in detail about the PTO conversion, and it is an unfair process as well as the dependent HMO is very limited
