At first, I like the environment during training. Trainer is very approachable but when we were endorse in the prod. I hear a lot of people badmouthing others. So I think that situation makes the environment toxic.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I would say that my stay in Enshored is very good experience. Most specially because of the hybrid set-up. We can still have life outside work and we can have more time with family.
