It's a relief having a co-TM who shares the same sentiments and we get to support each other and vent out our struggles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel overworked and that my tasks are no longer aligned with the goals of the program. Leaders are just stating what you need to achieve without doing anything to help you achieve it. Macro-management at it's best!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Transparency. I hope the management will be more transparent in all aspects especially that we are the ones answering directly the rants of our agents. We are mostly unready to answer their questions due to a lack of knowledge about what's happening between TravelPerk and Enshored.
