too many tasks done in our program we can not enjoy our personal life

I think the positive thing about our environment is that everyone is approachable. Culture as well is very comfortable.

I think we are low compensated compared to the job we are our give. I hope incentives could be given as well as more benefits.

We are compensated less to the jobs we do. It cannot weigh the stress, our wellness and struggles with it. I hope there would be increased to our compensation.
