The best thing about the company is when they offer a work from home opportunity with a competitive salary but this change when return to office is implemented. The activities monthly to enhance the creativity of everyone. The executives are hands on, very humble and graceful.

When return to office was implemented, our allowance decreased, no place for rest area, and no work-life balance.

Being work at home is the best. Grace to employees, Integrity for having strong moral principles and learning to success.

No annual increase, no attendance incentives. I feel better for my compensation is because they give an extra allowance for us.

So far, salary is not that worth because of the deductions. We can't feel it and seems it short to reached for the next payday.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hybrid set-up is good but work at home is better especially the salary is not competitve then the expenses going to work is uncontrolable and costly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I say that the company is always curious about how they employee is doing well, and they hear the concern of the employees. The company have an affirmation about the integrity.
