Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the work is stressful and the compensation is not enough due to higher necessities as of today. all expenses are too higher

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

the SALARY is more important nowadays, because the basic necessities are too high. NO FREE PARKING / NO FREE FOOD. YET THE SALARY IS NOT TO CATER ONE FAMILY.

We went full circle on this thing and although our original values are roughly the same, it got a lot more organized in terms of how we talk about it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the bonus metrics are too hard and very impossible . with one absent your not entitled with the bonus scheme. but your PMP is at best ending a month for 4.6 out of 5(highest). the absent that i had is very reasonable because of the typhoon. yet i diddnt recieved any bonus in the end. thats suck!!
