working here in Enshored, challenge me a lot when it comes to moderating, & most of my teammates are kind & supportive in our work also the wellness session helps me in releasing my stress, but I'm not really satisfied with my salary and incentives is not worthy in doing our job as moderator.

the job was so challenging because need to manage the stress in work and your life after work. NTE and dismissal always the answer for any wrong actions which is so stressful for being a moderator.

not enough salary to cover the transportations...makes me better they give the salary on time

give better incentives in performance and transportation allowance coz the salary is not enough for our expenses.

because of transportation budget. Give us better compensation so we acquire in the transport rate in our country.

undervalued in terms of compensation because our basic rate is not enough for our transportation budget if it will be full RTO. Feel better in compensation, giving it in timely manner.
