Everything is all good so far. But what I highly appreciate is the food package where the company is giving on top of our compensation and you cant see nor experience this in other BPO Comp. here in the Phils.

Being heard and always learning. I've never experienced being part of a start-up before. With Enshored it helped me to discover that I can do way better and my higher Ops allows me to utilize & execute my abilities and skills in handling a team
