Aside from that I love being with my team, our tasks give me a self-fulfillment.

It's great that we're being compensated fairly with the allowance they're providing whether we work onsite or remotely (home).

My colleagues that are now my friend. And of course, my leaders which I didn't expect to be approachable.

Aside from we're like family here, I really love the way they manage everything and being a pro-people make me stay here longer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have our own task. But in some instances that the opportunity demands or asks to help our teammate, we're open in doing that in order for us to finish all of our tasks in a timely manner.

What I like best about the Leadership Team is that they don't forget to ask what the team needs and always make sure to provide them for as long as they can and if that's what it takes to help us be more productive and grow in this organization as well.
