Not good since there are leaders who do not manage the schedules and workload of their own officers which then results to adding workloads to other officers also, there are some leaders who will make things hard for their employees when they know that they are not getting what they want

There are other companies who pay higher for agent roles compared to the salary of officers here

The officers have the right balance of authority and compassion which I think is the best trait of the leadership team in the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership. If they are not getting what they want from you, they will treat you badly. Also, there some leaders who are not good with managing their officers' schedules which results to adding more workload to other officers
