so far it's ok since i work from home, i just hope they would give us an increase in salary for the regularization and an annual increase too so it won't be heavy on us when we need to go to the office so that we don't get upset everytime someone is comparing content mods to them because CM's wfh

I feel undervalued, due to the fact it is so hard to get a salary increase and not enough compensation but still gained useful experience. Great team mates and leads

the commute is too far from home and the salary isn't sufficient to cover my daily expenses

I used to work for some BPO company and after 6 months of regularization we recieved an increase in our salary and there is also an annual increase.. content mod salary cannot support the everyday need of a person who works on site..
