So far so good. My concern is more on the salary side as the task are slowly piling up yet there is no salary increase esp if you are already staying with the company for a year or so.

For a blended account and there is a continuous skilling as you stay in the account longer, for me I am underpaid.

I hope that De Minimis Benefit will increase as we do not have account premium. Also account KPI incentive would also be great
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Tenured heroes should receive additional benefits base on performance and years of service however it seems that that matter is still not being heard that leds to several attrition.
