It's that we are paid timely. That for me is the best part.

Salary at best. Especially if there's an increase. It matters the most on top of all the intangibles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Probably if the basic salary will atleast raise without any prejudice in terms of threshold and any other conditions. It is a difference maker.

I am not really into checking on the leadership team as I respect opinions. Probably, they are doing everything they seem fit for their respective roles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not the best should I say. Most likely due to unfair distribution of who should be paid properly in terms of the task given / tenureship.

I apologize, I am not a huge fan of such group as each function and act solely for each's advantage above others. I will be neutral on this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams endure hardships, struggles, and scrutiny. Same goes for our team - we all have our ups and downs, then learn and adapt how to manage and survive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance, (medicare) is a bomb. Its coverage is somehow disappointing compared to Intellicare. I can see some budget reduction or if not, it should be a form of sabotage. It's only my thoughts though.
