The company is great when it comes to being pro-agent. There is nothing bad that I can say about how much they would like to retain an employee. The only concern that we have is with our account. I believe other programs have a pay increase depending on the workload, but ours doesn't.

It is not that they have a problem. It is just that I am better all alone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be much appreciated since our workload is piling up. We are not only taking calls, but we are a jack of all trades for our account. We take calls, chats, emails, and admin tasks that were asked by the client and it seems to be fair to raise our pay given the additional workload.
