Good so far they were accommodating specially with my current status which is ongoing pregnancy I was advise to continue working form home. I'm just looking forward with an update with salary like increase or changes.

Good working environment specially the new building at JMT. The office has enough space to freely move and it is clean.

I am currently pregnant so right now I am having difficulty attending work but so far that is just the issue.

Work from home set up. I have they will continue this and later on offer a permanent work from home set up. So far we were in a Hybrid set up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No yearly increase, The salary is just to low specially with the current expenses here in the Philippines also the additional dependent can only be attained once you stay with the company for the next 3 years unlike the other.

With the current transition I am having difficulty to accomplished my daily needs. A big adjustment needs to be done. I completely understand that the company provided enough time for us to adjust but sad to say financial needs cannot be adjusted immediately.
